Arian is a Master’s student in the Human Nutrition program who joined Stefanska Lab in January 2025. Originally from Tabriz, Iran, he moved to PEI, Canada, in 2018. He did his undergraduate degree in Foods and Nutrition at the University of Prince Edward Island, then moved from coast to coast to pursue his current degree. His research investigates the epigenetic mechanisms of action of phytoestrogens on healthy/diseased human cells, especially prostate cells.

 

In his free time, Arian enjoys playing sports, working out, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
